I have a client who is a trainer himself. She teaches people how to use yoga, meditation and very special breathing and relaxation techniques to turbo charge their lives. Your problem before we started our consultations? She tried to "information" website, the Google AdSense and affiliate product recommendations (with banner advertising) used to create to make money.
The truth is, the Google ad payouts were terrible ... and as anyone who runs a blog and running white banner advertisement, the click-through percentages LOW ... and the sales are not as great as well!
3 Simple tricks changed their business ... Almost overnight:
1 - We changed the strategy from the sale of contextual ad clicks and selling affiliate products MARY (and turned it into a personal trainer, something I wanted to do was not really trying on their website)
2 - We have the structure of their website to provide a direct answer MACHINE ... where the focus of its content has now been crated to collect names. (With an opt-in heavy layout and text links) We also changed the structure of their off-site content - from driving her guest blog posts, article marketing campaigns, and even their social media services to an OPT-in page. (Where 3 of every 10 now join their community)
3 - And we have a sequence of messages it sends ... some automated and some spontaneous ideas, outrageous offers, and the like.
